Q: How did you get to the position you are in now?  

A: Mike Korman 

Q: You’ve worked for EDI for quite a while, so it’s safe to assume you’ve held other positions before this one. 

A: Yep, started in production, then went to Contract Services (Now SW) then back to the office in Field Service, then back to SW as crew coordinator, then as Crew Superintendent, then over to Sales as an Account Manager.  A couple in between all that as well.  

Q: What is your favorite part of Aftermarket to talk about and why? 

A: Love working directly with customers to solve their problems and keep their plants running smoothly.  

Q: What do you wish others in the wastewater industry understood that isn’t talked about enough? 

A: The importance of maintenance and the features of products that make maintenance easier in the future. 

Q: What project have you worked on or completed recently that you’re most proud of and want mentioned here?  

A: In general working with the leadership team as well as others on knowledge transfer and communication to improve the accuracy and outcome of projects.
