Factory-Authorized Installation Warranties
There are four warranty options available when SiteWorks is involved in the installation of any system:
General Performance Inspection
Qualified SiteWorks personnel can inspect the installation and ensure adherance to factory specification prior to startup. Once confirmed, we warrant the start-up performance.

When an installation is completed under the direct supervision of SiteWorks, the
system is certified that it will perform to the specifications provided by SiteWorks in their design.
Contractor Installed, Siteworks Tested
A complete and thorough inspection of a contractor-installed system that is considered ready to start up. Any items determined to not be correctly installed are brought to the attention of the operators for their fix, or by SiteWorks contract.

SiteWorks Supervision is here to help.
Our supervisors are wastewater experts and have the knowledge and tools to ensure equipment is manufactured and assembled in accordance with established specifications and industry standards. SiteWorks provides supervision on projects where assistance or certification is required.
We routinely supervise and inspect for:
- The correct grade, thickness and dimensions of all material.
- Piping is of the correct size, type, grade and length.
- Finished piping and fittings are built in accordance to the plans and specifications.
- Orifice sizes for the diffusers are correctly sized and are properly spaced.
- Bolts and fasteners will be checked for proper size, grade and type.
- Pipe supports will be checked for proper size, grade, type and general configuration.
- Diffusers are constructed of the correct material, dimensions and general configuration.
- Appropriate solvents, cement and adhesives are used for the specific material being utilized.
The crew from SiteWorks were great to work with. From the beginning we could tell that they were willing to go “above and beyond” normal efforts to make sure the diffusers for our system were installed in the most professional manner.
It wasn’t only the field crew that impressed us. Their folks in the office provided excellent support to see that we received the right products, and on time.
So far everything is working as planned, and we think our new system is going to be much easier to do standard maintenance on.
